PANCAKE PONY STARTED AS AN UNOFFICIAL ONE-TABLE DINER WHOSE ONLY REGULAR WAS TEN YEARS OLD AND NEVER PAID HIS TAB.

For years, its founder — a creative director and hockey mom — served birthday-morning and 7 a.m. hockey pre-game stacks to her little dude. Then she decided to make it everyone else’s problem by hiring fictional horses, a grumpy chef, and opening the doors to an increasingly suspicious cast of diner regulars.

Today, Pancake Pony makes premium, small-batch, Canadian-made breakfast goods with one hoof in nostalgia and the other somewhere behind the diner. Thoughtfully designed for independent retailers and gifting companies that love bringing a little more magic back to the breakfast table.
